Work-based training

Leroy-Somer offers young people the opportunity to acquire formal and practical training leading to a recognized professional qualification through work-based training.

Apprentice contract:
National or University diplomas, BEP, BAC PRO, BTS, DUT, Licence PRO, Engineers and Masters, Licences pro.

Professional training contract:
C.Q.P.M: on-the-job metallurgy training (short-term employment contract).

Since the opening of its training centre in 1987, LEROY-SOMER has trained nearly 1000 young people, from BEP level to a diploma in engineering.
