The V.I.E programme enables French companies to send a young man or woman between 18 and 28 years of age on a working assignment abroad for a flexible period of 6 to 24 months, renewable once within a 2-year period.

It is open to young French men and women, of all educational backgrounds, with no outstanding national service obligations, as well as to young people from the European Economic Area meeting the same conditions.

Each year, Leroy-Somer makes it possible for young graduates to invest in an enriching experience outside of the French borders.
