Activities:
Your main tasks will be:
Provide innovative technical solutions
Have a structured approach (choices are formalized and commented)
Validations of the good performance of the machine (Bearing design, behaviour of rotating parts, dynamic behaviour, etc.)
Use internal tools (Mden, Solid Edge, Creo, Ansys
)
Master the Bill Of Material (BOM)
Conduct of FMEA studies
Prepare rules for technical configurator
Works collaboratively with the rest of the team
Business trips to be planned on our site of Orléans or Angouleme depending on your home, and abroad if necessary.
Profil :
Bachelors degree: Masters degree with specialization in mechanical or mechanical engineering / Engineering school diplomas with specialization in mechanical engineering
Knowledge of electrical machine design
+5 years of experience in machine sizing
Experience with different machine configurations (cooling, bearing systems, etc.)
Experience with different types of machines (EESG, PMG, ISCM, DFIG).
Master machine part sizing techniques (shaft, frame, bearings, etc.)
Become familiar with our manufacturing process and products
Master rotating machine dynamic behaviour (vibrations, etc.)
English spoken and written.
